[Activity Objectives]

1. Parents and children travel together, accompanied by friends, to enhance relationships between families and among peers.

2. Enjoy fun games and a loving picnic, experiencing the joy of group activities.

Activity Planning: Parent Committee of Class 1

Activity Time: October 20, 2017 (Sunday), 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM (will be postponed in case of rain)

Activity Fee: Entrance fees (free for children, 20 RMB per adult, free for military personnel with officer ID) and other on-site amusement costs are to be covered by participants.

[Activity Notes]

1. Participation in this activity is voluntary for both parents and children.

2. No transportation will be provided; parents are to bring their children to the park by themselves.

3. As the park has multiple entrances, parents with cars will enter from the side gate, while others may take the park shuttle bus. The parent committee will not arrange group ticket purchases.

[Preparation]

1. Promotion and Registration: Notify via blog and QQ

2. Plan Preparation: Activity plan and safety contingency plan

3. Game Materials: One slogan flag, four cloth bags, five small stools, five balls, one bag of balloons, tambourine, headset, snacks, and first aid supplies

4. Parents should prepare their own picnic utensils and food (no barbecues will be organized)

5. Children should prepare one drawing or a small handicraft (for exchange with peers)

[Detailed Arrangement]

1. Before the event, teachers and parents will work together to inspire children’s enthusiasm for the autumn outing and reinforce safety guidelines.

2. Parents and children jointly prepare items needed for the outing and their artwork.

3. On the day, at 9:30 AM, parents, children, and teachers will gather at the “Songge Ping” lawn in the park.

4. From 9:40 to 10:30, collective parent-child games and exchanges of small artworks will take place.

5. From 10:30 to 11:30, families will freely pair up for activities.

6. From 11:40 to 12:30, there will be a collective picnic, group interaction, and voluntary conclusion.
