1. pF Cafe
Situated at the Toucheng Dakan Viewpoint, pF Cafe features large floor-to-ceiling windows with boundless sea views. Newly opened Kong E Cafe in Jiaoxi sits at a higher elevation, offering a panoramic view of the entire Lanyang Plain. At night, you can take in the glittering city lights along with the stars above. To reduce light pollution, the shop only has lights above the counter and LED lights under the long tables in the seating area, creating a softly lit romantic ambiance.

Rabbit Maze Coffee Restaurant is located on Pillow Mountain, a popular spot in Yuanshan Township, and offers some of the most expansive views. In addition to a 25-meter-long rainbow glass skywalk, the cafe has created many romantic and artistic landscapes. The twinkling lights at night, combined with Yilan’s cityscape, make it one of the hottest restaurants in the area.
