1. Liu Mama Cold Noodles
Located near Taipei City Mall, Liu Mama Cold Noodles is a late-night favorite among Taipei’s night owls. It’s open from late at night until the next morning. Their signature sesame sauce cold noodles come in just one flavor, mixed with minced garlic and a touch of chili, and pair perfectly with a bowl of miso soup.

The noodles are chewy and firm, while the sesame sauce is richly aromatic.
