After finishing my yoga class today and having nothing special to do, I went to Yongle Market
and decided to broaden my horizons. I wonder if it’s because it was Sunday,
many of the shops weren’t open, and the overall business atmosphere felt a bit subdued.
But since I was already there, I decided to take my time and look around carefully.
Sure enough, the diligent one gets rewarded.
At a fabric store, I found some lace and ribbons in a very Japanese-style assortment.
After choosing for a long time, I finally settled on two patterns and planned to DIY something at home.
As someone who’s usually pretty lazy, what on earth will I end up DIY-ing????

To be honest, even I’m looking forward to it^^
I decided to start my DIY journey with a sealing jar.
==========================================
This is a glass sealing jar I usually use for storing tea.
I originally bought it from Caiyou Gallery—I remember the price was only 49 or 59 yuan.
Anyway, it was pretty cheap.

Ta-da!!!!!
After photo,
with the addition of lace and strawberry ribbon, it’s really become super cute.

I quickly placed it in the afternoon tea area.
The whole ambiance level shot right up.
So, lace and ribbon are actually super useful!!!
And they’re also quite cheap—I bought one yard (90 cm) of each of the two patterns for just 90 yuan.
Now let’s take a look at how it looks on the wall shelf~~~~
It has such a rustic, grocery-store vibe~~~so great

Here’s another photo of how it looked before the DIY.
It was just a bit plain.
But I just love the feeling of petals falling.
This DIY was a success this time.
