You’re not seeing things wrong—she’s the little bunny girl from Kneeling Mom’s family transformed into Princess Elsa, running around super happily saying she’s Elsa and how pretty she is. First of all, Kneeling Mom didn’t do anything to the bunny girl, okay?! I’m just fulfilling the little bunny girl’s princess dream!
The bunny girl has always had a strong princess dream. I believe every little girl imagines herself as a princess.

And Kneeling Mom used to work in styling models and celebrities, so how could I not help my little bunny girl achieve this little princess dream?
Kneeling Mom originally planned to fully realize the bunny girl’s princess dream on her third birthday, but it was a bit too late because Kneeling Mom held the bunny girl’s birthday party at school. To save money, she made the cake and wrapped the gifts herself, completing the school party.
Then there was the family birthday celebration, so she immediately saved money again to challenge making an Elsa fondant cake and costume. In the end, she got too busy, and only a half-finished costume made it to the bunny girl’s third birthday. Thankfully, the bunny girl was really happy!
But today, the little bunny girl is super, super happy because Kneeling Mom has fully realized her princess dream. Let’s see how Kneeling Mom handcrafted the Elsa princess. The makeup process arranged by Kneeling Mom and the bunny girl’s amazing performance—“so exhausting~”
1. Felt fabric.
2. Styrofoam glue.
3. Scissors.
4. Ruler.
Do this to create the base of the wig.
Secure the overlapping parts with needle and thread. (Kneeling Mom roughly sewed them before placing them on the head!)
The finished result should look like the picture!
For cutting the hair sections, please cut multiple strips 1 cm wide.Cut \?? The number of items distributed ranges from 0 to 80.
Elsa’s hair is slicked back and tied into a ponytail. Use styrofoam glue to neatly stick the strands one by one in a circle. The longer strips go downward because later you’ll pull them back into a ponytail.
As shown in the picture, arrange each strand neatly!
Reinforce overlapping sections by adding an extra strip, which helps prevent the scalp from showing.
Then use a 3 cm wide piece of felt fabric to glue on top, wrapping the fabric around for a neater look and to better secure the hair so it doesn’t fall off.
Stick all the way around until it’s finished.
Remember Elsa has a little fringe on her forehead—that’s the piece added here.
Also glue and fix it in the middle.
After finishing the full circle, the hair will look like in the picture, with lots of strands hanging down.
Use a needle and thread to first fix it in the middle of the top of the head.
Then pull each individual strand of hair from the bottom up through the needle to secure it.
Arrange them in an alternating overlapping fashion—one left, one right—so they’re evenly distributed over the top of the head.
First finish and secure the bangs/forehead part of the front half of the head with the needle and thread.
Let’s try the bunny ears on Sister Rabbit—wow, she looks like a Super Saiyan!! Haha!!
Now pull up the part that was folded in the second layer earlier.
Arrange the stitches and fix them securely.
Doesn’t this look more like Elsa’s poofy hairstyle on top?
Alrighty~ now she looks just like Tang Seng!! Let’s go—on our journey to the West!! Haha!!
There should be fake hair on both sides to tuck behind the ears.
Again, secure it with stitches.
Next, braid all the hair into Elsa-style side fake braids.
Once you finish braiding the fake hair, you’re all set!!
Ta-da~!! Ta-da~!! Still looks like a Super Saiyan!! Haha!!
Later, we added a few more braids as decoration at the back of the head.
For the blue flower petals, there are many methods—you can cut petals from felt—but since we happened to have shiny little flowers at Kneeling Mom’s house for decoration, no need to trouble Up!!
Sister Rabbit isn’t here, so we used Jumping Horse to secure the shiny flower petals.
Jumping Horse, these fake hair pieces really suit you!!
If you also want to try making clothes for your child, you can follow Kneeling Mom’s method and use your child’s clothes to pre-measure the pattern size.
Elsa is represented by blue satin fabric, and the tail uses shiny chenille mesh fabric. (Remember, if the fabric will be close to the child’s skin, please choose materials that are not scratchy or itchy!)
Take a sleeved shirt so you can create the long-sleeved evening dress style of Elsa, then place it on a large sheet of white paper to copy the pattern.
Modify the copied pattern to create the Elsa evening dress design with seams.
The light blue satin fabric is cut out for Elsa’s main body piece.
Start the sewing process.
The first attempt is done, but because the sleeves were made with shiny chenille mesh, they were so itchy it was unbearable—Sister Rabbit cried hard and said she didn’t want to wear it.
Later, we used leftover curtain mesh fabric to make the sleeves, and Sister Rabbit tried it on for the second time. (Had to undo and modify a lot!)
The innocent Sister Rabbit’s expression shows she’s very satisfied, but she also looks just like a Vietnamese bride!! Haha~
She’s already super happy wearing the fake hair!!
Amid her joy, Sister Rabbit kept saying something was missing at the back. Kneeling Mom was wondering what was missing—she completely forgot about the piece of shiny chenille mesh lying nearby. Every princess’s highlight is that back piece—even Sister Rabbit knows, so quickly get to work and attach it.
Sister Rabbit’s 3rd birthday semi-finished product makes its debut!! ^^
Seeing Sister Rabbit’s smile tells you how satisfied she is—because Elsa Princess is going to eat the Elsa cake Mommy made!! Up!! But even now, she still talks about the joy of being a princess on her birthday.
The split wasn’t finished in time, so it’s showing!! Up!!
How could Kneeling Mom let Elsa’s little dress go just like this? So it definitely needed a second round of work—she found some lace and started the modification ritual.
Start sewing on shiny sequins to add more texture.
Attach lace to the chest as decoration!
A needle threader is a great little helper!
Once the lace is processed, we're done — get ready to welcome Little Bunny Girl Up!
When returning to Taiwan, Mom-on-Knees bought body painting pens from a department store — a box for $60, cheaper than in Singapore, so she bought three boxes at once with all kinds of colors. Suitable for kids aged 3 and above, and they wash off easily!
!Start the session by playing the movie Frozen.
