Therapist Shuangbao A-Mu’s parenting philosophy: Kids need plenty of sensory stimulation and brain development through outdoor play! This time I was invited to...
Wow, I discovered that Zhubei is an area with many newly developed residential communities, so they've planned quite a few highly recommended parks such as the “Hsinchu Cultural Children's Park,” perfect for letting kids run around and burn off energy.

This “cave-style” slide, though not very large, has an irregular shape that sets it apart from generic slides — offering diverse ways to play and loads of fun. A-Mu really gives high praise to parks like this!
The play possibilities are spontaneous and limitless.
Kids can go barefoot to feel the texture of the stones, freely climb without restrictions, and enjoy slides with different slopes and angles that provide varied vestibular stimulation!
Whoa, the stone slide offers an awesome speed thrill.
But a little reminder from A-Mu: keep an eye on younger children for safety when it gets crowded!
Our twins started learning inline skating in their middle preschool year (though they only had eight lessons), so our whole family decided to take the skates on a trip. This inline skating space is a bit like a small maze with curves and gentle slopes, making skating super fun.
There were also little kids riding balance bikes and pedal bikes here, while older kids practiced on snakeboards — it’s quite suitable for all ages.

The canned slide area (there are two in total) – my twins didn’t spend much time here, since the first two areas were way more fun.
This little Tarzan area is pretty interesting.
Address: Intersection of Wenping Road and Wu Zhuoliu Road (right next to the Cultural Affairs Bureau)
There are parking spaces along the road, and a little insider tip: there are tons of French-style dessert shops and afternoon tea restaurants near the park – don’t miss them!
