The second store offers 52 seats along with “flavor-concentrated seating,” where customers can also experience Ichiran’s unique ordering and extra noodle ordering system.

Praised by ramen enthusiasts for its signature pork bone broth, Ichiran is beloved not only by Taiwanese foodies but also attracts tourists from various parts of Asia, resulting in 24-hour queues. The second store is also the first to break the mold by operating 24 hours within a department store. Additionally, following Ichiran’s tradition for new openings, the first 3,000 customers on the opening day will receive an exclusive limited-edition folding fan.
