Oyster Shell Creative Culture – "Light of the Ocean" Installation Art Exhibition
The power of nature can always create a variety of objects that amaze people with their ever-changing forms, and when these creations are transformed by the skilled hands of artists, they can become completely unique works of art.

From July 17 to August 8, the Changhua County Cultural Affairs Bureau, in conjunction with the “2010 Wanggong Fishing Fires – Oyster Song” event, specially held the “Light of the Ocean – Installation Art Exhibition” at the Wanggong Oyster Art and Culture Museum. Using natural materials to express art, the exhibition combines oyster shells, driftwood, and lighting fixtures to create the inventive “Light of the Ocean.” During the day, each lamp showcases its original sculpted colorful imagery, while at night, the lights are turned on, casting beams through the perforated driftwood, producing a dreamlike effect like colorful radiance.
This year’s “2010 Wanggong Fishing Fires – Oyster Song” event features not only the special “Light of the Ocean” installation art exhibition, but also live performances by popular artists such as Da Kou Ba, Guo Jing, Chen F, and Zhang Xinjie. Paired with local delicacies and snacks, it offers the public a unique summer seaside experience.
