Walking through Tianlai, you can feel the zero-distance connection with nature. Look up to see mountains all around, and even on overcast days, there’s a subtle beauty in the mist, set against the vast green lawns, creating a refreshing atmosphere. The most eye-catching feature is the outdoor SPA water park, which includes a full range of spa treatments, traditional Chinese herbal steam rooms, massage beds, as well as waterslides and splash pools loved by both adults and children—making it one of Tianlai’s most popular facilities.

Next to the hotel lobby is the Crystal Hall, which has only 10 rooms and is often fully booked in winter. Each room is exquisitely comfortable, featuring an in-room hot spring tub where you can soak for as long as you like. The main building of Tianlai Club is the European-style Hall. The first floor houses a buffet restaurant and the hotel lobby, while the upper floors contain European-style guest rooms and standard hotel amenities. From the seating area and the views in the restaurant, you can feel a strong Western ambiance. The design of the guest rooms is quite appealing to women, with ceilings resembling charming small chapels found abroad. There are double, triple, and quadruple rooms to choose from.
