Eat, Drink, Play, and Explore the Northeast Corner!* After recovering from damage caused by Typhoon Megi in October, the scenic spots in the Northeast Corner have been fully restored. We are now actively inviting the first wave of "warm-up visitors" and launching the “Lanyang Heartfelt Bus Tour” day trip, which includes round-trip transportation for just 399 NTD. The first six tour groups can also receive a “Northeast Corner Travel Goodie Bag” worth 500 NTD.

The Su-Hua Highway was successfully reopened on November 15. The “Lanyang Heartfelt Bus Tour” by the Northeast Coast National Scenic Area Administration collaborates with tourism industry partners and aligns with the Nanfang’ao Mackerel Festival to invite the public to experience authentic fishing village charm and unique Lanyang attractions. The itinerary includes the Yilan Pastry Invention Museum — selected as one of Taiwan’s top 15 souvenirs — the Su’ao Fishing Port where you can freely shop for local seafood, the world’s largest golden statue of Mazu at Su’ao Nan Tian Temple and the coral Mazu at Jin’an Temple, as well as the National Center for Traditional Arts where you can enjoy traditional drama, music, crafts, toys, and folk performances.
