If you’re planning to stop by during the winter vacation or Lunar New Year holiday, don’t forget to take photos at the Pop-up Pavilion “Far Eastern Eco-Ark.” You might just take home the NT$70,000 grand prize. The Flower Expo Pop-up Pavilion, which has won awards both domestically and abroad, is set to welcome its one millionth visitor before the Lunar New Year. Far Eastern Group has specially organized a photography competition with attractive prizes, hoping that visitors from all over the country and photography enthusiasts can capture the most beautiful moments here and create unforgettable memories of the Flower Expo.

The Flower Expo Pop-up Pavilion is a semi-open structure towering above a water pool. Near the entrance, there is a waterfall cascading down from nearly 30 meters high. Both the exterior and interior are captivating. To allow the public to appreciate this unique building from a more professional perspective, Far Eastern Group invites everyone to use their expert skills and aesthetic vision to showcase this one-of-a-kind PET brick architecture. There are no restrictions on nationality for participants. Photos must feature the Pop-up Pavilion’s architecture as the main subject, printed in black and white or color at 8*12T size, unframed and without lamination. Submit entries by mail to Mr. Xu Yuanzhi Memorial Foundation, 38F, No. 207, Dunhua S. Rd., Taipei City. Each participant may submit up to three works.

The Pop-up Pavilion hosts various fashion-themed exhibitions.

The organizers will assemble a panel of judges comprising experts in photography, architecture, visual arts, and other fields across Taiwan. Judging will take place in mid-March, with the list of winners expected to be announced in late March. The award ceremony for this photography contest will be held at the Far Eastern Eco-Ark in the Flower Expo Pop-up Pavilion in late March or early April. The first-place winner will receive NT$70,000 worth of Far Eastern Department Store gift vouchers, second place NT$40,000, third place NT$30,000, and two special jury prizes of NT$20,000 each. In addition, 20 honorable mention winners will each receive NT$5,000 in vouchers. With such generous rewards, all interested participants are encouraged to join.
