The Exhibition Hall of Blooming Flowers, which first gained fame for its seven rainbows during the “2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition,” is actually the former Zhongshan Soccer Stadium located near Yuanshan MRT Station. Within the context of the Flora Exposition’s Exhibition Hall of Blooming Flowers, it adopted the theme of “The Art of Floral Competition,” presenting 16 different special exhibitions and competitions in rotation, fully showcasing Taiwan’s competitive strengths in floral art, horticulture, landscape design, biotechnology, and emerging flower varieties—offering you a breathtaking view of millions of blossoms vying in splendor.

Millions of Flowers in Brilliant Competition, Endless Creative Wonders

Among the seven competitions held at the Exhibition Hall of Blooming Flowers, the most internationally renowned is the “International Indoor Floral Competition,” conducted to the highest international standards and in accordance with regulations set by the International Association of Horticultural Producers (AIPH). Nearly 70 domestic and international groups from over 20 countries will participate, making it akin to the Olympics of the floral world—with an awe-inspiring level of excitement beyond your imagination. There is also the “Intercontinental Cup Floral Arrangement Competition,” which invites world-class floral artists to compete in beauty and creativity using flowers as their medium. The “Oriental Floral Art Grand Prix – Ikebana Sogetsu Exhibition” will feature Japan’s oldest school of floral art, the Sogetsu School, exhibiting in Taiwan.
