Summer fun in Macau – "Treasure Hunt Adventure" with new attractions and hotels to stay at!

The number of overnight visitors to Macau has been increasing year by year, no longer just a stopover destination. This year, several new hotels have opened, where you can build sandcastles and play in waves at the world’s largest indoor wave pool, or cool off in the “Ice FUN World”. The Macau Tourism Board has also partnered with ten travel agencies in Taiwan to launch the “Macau Treasure Hunt Adventure” family itinerary, with 3–4 day free-and-easy trips starting from just NT$9,999 to NT$17,500, ensuring fun for the whole family.

Lillian Leong, Director of Taiwan Market Promotion at the Macau Tourism Board, said that this year they have collaborated with ten travel agencies including Klook Travel, Southeast Travel Service, Wing Yip Travel, Ezfly, Canaan Travel, Lion Travel, EasyGo Travel, Sanfu Travel, Jiti Travel, and Shangshun Travel Service to launch the “Macau Treasure Hunt Adventure” product. The public can choose the itinerary that best suits their needs to explore Macau’s cultural treasures, culinary delights, entertainment highlights, scientific wonders, and natural beauty.

This year, visitors can check out the newly opened Galaxy Macau, which features the world’s largest indoor wave pool, as well as newly opened hotels like Banyan Tree and The Okura. The Venetian Resort Hotel also offers the “Ice FUN World.” Moreover, the must-sees in Macau include world-class entertainment performances like “Cirque du Soleil” and “The House of Dancing Water,” unique Macanese-Portuguese cuisine, Michelin-starred dining, a variety of snacks, and specialty desserts.
