Shan Zhen Hotel has a 70-year history in Wulai and is affectionately called “Grandma’s Shop” by locals. Back then, the old grandma, leveraging Wulai’s abundant mountain produce and traditional health wisdom passed down from ancestors, developed her own nourishing soup dish “Big Breast Pot.”

The soup is simmered for four hours with green papaya, pork ribs, red dates, and white fungus. The resulting broth boasts the sweetness of red dates, the gelatin from pork, and rich protein. Best enjoyed hot right after cooking, the Big Breast Pot not only beautifies the skin but also helps replenish qi and energy.
