Is there a job where you can play all day and even switch countries every six months? The answer is yes. The Gentlemen & Ladies of Fun — G.O.s (Gentle Organizers) — at ClubMed resorts around the world are the people who make this possible. In addition to their daily duties, the village manager encourages G.O.s to step away from their desks and “play” with the guests from all over the world who visit the village.

If you walk around ClubMed, you’ll find that more than half of the people will smile at you or greet you warmly — these are the G.O.s. They dress casually, but the color of their uniforms changes from Monday to Sunday. Their outfits also differ when skiing or performing. Though they blend in seamlessly with the guests, you can identify them by the G.O. logo on their clothing.

Yabuli ClubMed in Northeast China, which has only been open for just over a year, hosts G.O.s from 18 different countries, including South Korea, Japan, the UK, France, Australia, Italy, the US, Canada, and India. Worried about language barriers? Over half of the G.O.s here speak Chinese, and each wears a name tag indicating the languages they’re proficient in.
