The 2012 Spring Wave Music Festival kicks off in Kenting on April 7

The annual "Spring Wave Music Festival" is about to heat things up again this year, set to rock at the Spring Wave Stage in Kenting, Pingtung on April 7. The lineup includes the new “Four Heavenly Kings” of music – JJ Lin, net-famous singer-songwriter Della Ding, the new soul king Show Lo, as well as the talented and charismatic idols Yoga Lin, the popular Finnish-Taiwanese duo Super8 & Tab, Taiwan’s latest reggae sensation MATZKA, the ever-popular indie pop band Sodagreen, and Taiwan’s most internationally acclaimed rock star Jolin Tsai, who will deliver an electrifying 8-hour non-stop performance. Immediately following in the same venue during the midnight slot, there will be a 5-hour high-voltage EDM set by the global top 100 DJ Andy Moor, Finnish duo Super8 & Tab, and popular singer Susana.

During the festival, limited-edition high-quality headphones worth NT$11,500 will be given away to audience members. Eco-conscious fans can also receive a Spring Wave commemorative T-shirt by participating in the “No Littering, I’ll Pick It Up” campaign at Kenting Elementary School, Kenting South Bay, Little Bay, and Kenting Main Street.
Additionally, there will be charity sales of trendy T-shirts and hand-drawn artist tees, as well as this year’s exclusive item — the "Spring Wave Music Chronicle I." Proceeds from these merchandise items will be donated to the Light of Hope Charity Education Foundation and underprivileged students at Kenting Elementary School, making your Spring Wave experience both fulfilling and meaningful.

Pre-sale tickets for the 2012 Spring Wave Music Festival main stage are priced at NT$1,300, while on-site tickets are NT$1,500.
