Taiwan Culinary Exhibition to Kick Off in August with Hotel Vouchers Starting at 2.7 Discount

The Taiwan Culinary Exhibition will be held from August 17 to 20. This year’s exhibition has especially planned a “Healthy Eating Concept Exhibition,” which features an all-encompassing modern healthy eating concept hall. To let the public enjoy a “vegetarian-style” banquet that combines tradition and creativity, a 12-course “Traditional & Creative Vegetarian Banquet (Set Menu)” worth over NT$10,000 is available for reservation. The set menu is designed for 10 people per table, with a special offer price of NT$6,999 per table. Show your exhibition ticket stub to purchase a Taipei Songhe Hall lunch or dinner voucher for two at NT$1,100 (original price NT$1,958), approximately 5.6 discount; standard room stay vouchers start from 3.1 discount, allowing easy stays for just NT$2,000 per night (original price NT$6,270). At the Regent Taipei, the most discounted option is the Signature Chinese Lunch Set for Two at Tianxianglou, priced at NT$1,760, valid any day including weekends. During the presale period from July 24 to 31, spend NT$3,000 to get the Chinese Lunch Set for Two voucher for just NT$99—a 51 discount, an unprecedented offer. The Taipei Marriott also offers a flexible anytime-use Twin Set Menu, with a choice among Jiangnan Chun, Pearl House, Peng Lai?, and Haishan Hall. The original price is NT$3,400 plus 10% service charge for two, but during the exhibition, the discounted price is only NT$1,988 (including service charge for two).

The Shangri-La’s Far Eastern Plaza Hotel Taipei is offering the lowest discount of 2.7, featuring the Dynasty Palace’s Luxury Abalone and Foie Gras Set Menu for Two, originally NT$6,000, now specially priced at NT$1,598. Additionally, the Marco Polo Lounge is offering an All-You-Can-Drink Voucher for Four People at NT$1,520. After the construction of its Water Chapel, the Shangri-La’s Taroko Park Resort has attracted couples from both home and abroad to hold dream weddings. During the exhibition, the resort is also launching a wedding banquet package, with the chapel wedding package priced at NT$39,999. For dining with friends, the Ambassador Hotel is offering an Eight Treasures Cantonese Feast Voucher for Eight People at NT$10,000 + 10% (original price NT$13,200). The popular 12-Course Nostalgic Home-Style Set Menu for 10 People from Hai Pa Wang, originally NT$3,500 + 10% service charge, is now offered at NT$2,999 (including service charge) during the exhibition.
