The Council of Agriculture’s Agri-Travel Network has launched the seasonal theme “Pets Go Free,” featuring a one-stop recommendation of over 100 pet-friendly leisure farms, eateries, and homestays across the country. Starting now, participants in the “Fun Outings with Furry Friends – Pet Travel Photo Contest” can submit photos of their pets on trips to earn bonus points redeemable for great gifts.

Farms such as Fei Niu, Ruisui, and Ji Zheng offer vast grasslands and park areas that are perfect for relaxing strolls and playful runs. After all the fun, enjoy delicious fresh milk and dairy products to satisfy your cravings. Moreover, many farm owners are themselves dog and cat lovers, and the little cats and dogs on the farms often become the stars of the show, attracting many visitors who come specifically to see them. Some farms even have uniquely adorable pets, like Tian Shan Farm in Yilan, whose pet pigs are famously charming. The owner has even set up a “museum” for the piglets, allowing visitors to learn more about the ecology and culture of these little pigs.
