Encouraging overseas voters to return home: AirAsia flight deals starting from RM3,290

With Malaysia’s 13th General Election approaching, AirAsia has launched a special promotion to encourage overseas voters to return home to cast their ballots. AirAsia X is offering specially discounted fares for eligible and registered Malaysian voters, including one-way fares from Australia starting from AUD 199 (inclusive of taxes), from Japan starting from JPY 12,000 (inclusive of taxes), and from Taiwan starting from NT$3,290 (inclusive of taxes). The lowest domestic fares within Malaysia start from MYR 29. This allows voters living and working overseas to easily return home and cast their sacred vote.

The promotional ticket booking period runs from now until April 30, with Taipei to Kuala Lumpur flights departing between April 22 and May 5 this year, and return flights from Kuala Lumpur to Taipei between May 5 and May 19.

 

In addition, AirAsia X offers an exclusive premium service called the Red Carpet Service, providing a more personalized check-in experience at Kuala Lumpur’s Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT). This includes dedicated check-in counters, priority baggage tags, free access to the Plaza Premium Lounge in the terminal, expedited immigration and security clearance, airport shuttle transfers to the aircraft for priority boarding, as well as priority baggage collection upon arrival—delivering an exceptionally premium and comfortable travel experience.
