Located in Marrakech, Morocco, the Palais Namaskar, newly opened in 2012, is the second property of the luxury hotel group Oetker Collection outside Europe. Nestled between the Atlas Mountains and the Djebilet Hills, its lush surroundings complement its expansive 40,000-square-meter gardens and breathtaking views. The architecture blends traditional Moroccan styles with contemporary design elements, creating a harmonious fusion of ancient heritage and modern elegance. The serene ambiance and refined aesthetics of the property offer an immersive escape.
The most distinctive features of the Palais Namaskar are the “Mountain Palace” and “Water Palace,” both equipped with private kitchens and 24-hour dedicated butlers.

The “Mountain Palace,” with its mosque-like exterior and golden onion-shaped domes, exudes imperial grandeur. Its warm-water pool greets guests like a red carpet, while sunlight and pale brick-red walls bathe the entire palace in a warm glow. It offers one master suite and two bedrooms, each furnished with king-size beds, walk-in closets, and bathrooms. The rooftop terrace on the second floor frames sweeping views of the distant mountains, not to mention the 2,000-square-meter private garden that makes the space a personal paradise.
The other palace, the 460-square-meter “Water Palace,” has four independent bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom. The master bedroom features a golden-domed ceiling, creating a radiant ambiance fit for royalty. The spacious living room includes a private dining area and a cozy fireplace, along with a private kitchen, a terrace overlooking the Atlas Mountains, and a 2,000-square-meter private garden.
The spa services at Palais Namaskar offer tailor-made treatments using natural skincare products. The hotel also provides single rooms with outdoor terraces, double rooms with private Jacuzzis, and VIP double rooms featuring bathtubs, fireplaces, and whirlpool tubs, allowing guests to choose according to their preference.
