After closing on January 1, 2013, the Expo Dream Museum underwent seven months of planning and redevelopment. This first-of-its-kind immersive smart experience museum in Taiwan will reopen on August 1 with a brand-new look as the “Taipei Fantasy Journey – Action @ Dream Museum.” Visitors will be able to use mobile guide devices combined with creative interactions to explore six exhibition halls themed around “dreams,” including a stunning viewing space built with sixty LCD TVs and a 4D cyclorama bicycle theater showcasing the beauty of Taiwan. This offers an interactive Taipei fantasy journey that moves the heart and inspires action.

Visitors eager to be among the first to experience the Action Dream Museum can now purchase individual and group tickets for the Newborn Hall III (Action Dream Museum, Taipei Robot Museum, and Taipei Botanical Garden Collection) via the Taipei Expo Park ticket reservation system. Tickets for August sessions are available for pre-sale. The Action Dream Museum runs one session every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 10 minutes on weekends, with a maximum of 35 people per session (including 4 free tickets for people with disabilities). Limited spots are available and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticket holders for the day can also visit the “Dream Music Box” for free.
In addition, it is recommended that visitors take public transportation to the Newborn Park. You can take the MRT Tamsui Line to Yuanshan Station, Exit 1, and walk to the Yuanshan and Fine Arts Parks to enjoy related performances and exhibitions. In addition to the three museums, the Newborn Park also features the Angel Life Museum (ticket required) and the Lin An-Tai Historical House (free entry).
