Can you imagine the breathtaking sight of tens of thousands of sunflowers blooming all at once? Known for their sunny and warm image, sunflowers have recently been blooming across Taiwan. Hualien’sHuilan Bay Happy Farmhas also joined this flower sea trend,creating a stunning landscape of 50,000 sunflowers spread across 4 hectares. With free admission, it has become a new pilgrimage sitefor travelers, and cameras are clicking non-stop！

Huilan Bay Happy Farm (also known as Huanle Farm) is located in Guanghua Lohas Park, Ji’an Township, Hualien County, less than a half-hour drive from downtown Hualien, making it very accessible. The farm covers 45 hectares and includes farm experience areas as well as cycling paths, allowing visitors to enjoy the beautiful mountain and water scenery.

Every spring and summer, plants in the park bloom in succession; the sunflowers are this year’s Spring Festival special at the farm, symbolizing New Year’s blessings for visitors. The sunflowers planted near the seaside area are even more picturesque under the sunlight, setting off the blue of the ocean and the lush green of the Central Mountain Range—creating a romantic scene like a painting. This has drawn at least 6,000 visitors daily during the holiday period, all eager to capture the beauty of 50,000 sunflowers.
