The Tokyo Tower and silver Christmas scenes from Japanese dramas have captured the hearts of many netizens. Although Tokyo Tower is no longer the tallest building in Tokyo, its status in people’s hearts remains as strong as ever. As this year’s Christmas approaches, Tokyo Tower, themed “Tokyo Christmas Night View,” has created the largest Christmas tree in Tokyo, standing at an impressive 12 meters tall that will catch everyone’s eye.

From now until December 25, every day from 16:00 to 22:00, the most romantic Christmas light sea will appear at Tokyo Tower’s main entrance and the Grand Observation Deck. This year’s highlight — the giant Christmas tree, standing 12 meters tall, will be adorned with 20,000 lights and ornaments, shining in a champagne gold glow that adds even more splendor to Tokyo’s night view. In addition, from 16:00 to 21:30 daily, dreamy and warm Christmas songs will play every 30 minutes, accompanied by the light changes of the giant Christmas tree, presenting a spectacular light show.

This year marks the first attempt to not only decorate the main entrance but also install 40,000 lights on the 150-meter-high Grand Observation Deck. The first floor of the Grand Observation Deck will feature “X’MAS RED,” while the second floor will showcase “X’MAS GOLD” — a glamorous, adult-style decoration that complements the 360-degree night view from the observation deck, creating a romantic and dreamy festive ambiance.
