The property includes parking spaces, a sea-view treehouse, a stargazing pavilion, a barbecue area, a wildlife interaction zone, and a karesansui (dry landscape) garden made of coral reefs. These spacious facilities are available for free use exclusively to guests. The staff can provide services in Chinese, English, and Japanese, making it suitable for families and couples seeking a relaxing and independent vacation to explore Ishigaki Island, hailed as the "last hidden paradise of Japan."
