Day 1 Sapporo: JR Tower → Sapporo Ramen Republic

Integrated with JR Sapporo Station, JR Tower is the tallest and most bustling building in Sapporo. In addition to shopping and dining, you can enjoy beautiful night views of the city from the T38 observation deck.

Day 2: Former Hokkaido Government Office Building → Hokkaido University Botanical Gardens → Odori Park → Sapporo Clock Tower

The Former Hokkaido Government Office Building, with its red-brick facade, exudes an old-world charm and is an important national cultural property. Inside, it houses many precious artifacts from the pioneering era, fully showcasing Hokkaido’s modern history.

The Former Hokkaido Government Building (Former Hokkaido Government Office Building), designed in the Neo-Baroque style, is said to be modeled after the Massachusetts State House in the United States at the time.

The Hokkaido University Botanical Gardens in central Sapporo still retains the look of the pioneering era with its towering trees. Its vast grounds are home to over 4,000 plant species, including primeval forests and alpine plants, as well as a museum of northern animal specimens.

Odori Park, with its TV tower, is a major leisure spot for Sapporo residents. The park features fountains, colorful flower beds, artistic statues, and grilled corn sold by nearby vendors, which is also a popular treat.
