Originating from the WestThe term "brunch," a blend of the words "breakfast" and "lunch," is said to have originated from people gathering for a meal after Sunday church services—typically between breakfast and lunch.

To create a joyful brunch atmosphere, The Regent Taipei’s "Le Bar" offers eight varieties of colorful cocktails crafted with premium spirits, available for unlimited enjoyment during your relaxing weekend brunch. Among them, four are named after the seasons—Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter—to explore the flavors of each time of year and deliver an extraordinary morning feast. The "Spring Peach," exuding apple and peach aromas, is made with world-renowned Belvedere Vodka and Japanese peach liqueur, offering a sweet and tangy flavor that’s perfect for waking up a lazy weekend morning. The "Summer Glow" or "Autumn Whisper," both made with Bacardi Rum—one of the world’s top ten spirits—feature different profiles: the former blends grape juice and fruit pieces, echoing the sweetness of early romance and pairing well with cinnamon-orange French toast; the latter highlights kiwi as the star, its tart aroma bringing out subtle alcohol notes while refreshing the palate. The creamy and smooth "Winter Warmth" is made with BAILEYS, combining fresh Irish cream and Irish whiskey into a rich milk liqueur. Its velvety finish leaves you enveloped in warmth and companionship, adding extra charm to your leisurely morning.

Besides unlimited colorful cocktails, guests can also indulge in a diverse buffet spread featuring 5–7 varieties of fresh organic salads sourced from Nantou and Hsinchu, freshly baked European breads, 2–3 types of imported European cold cuts and assorted cheeses, as well as delicate French pastries and seasonal fruits. Paired with the refreshing ambiance of the morning, enjoy a relaxing, cheerful time with friends, immersed in a delightful breakfast feast.

These delicious dishes, paired with vibrant cocktails and healthy buffet offerings, come together in the cozy, laid-back outdoor dining atmosphere to create the perfect highlight of a wonderful morning feast.
