ESLITE Spectrum The Chapter Café has collaborated with Motai Art to launch a “Black-and-White Time” afternoon tea experience. Not only are the desserts themed in black and white, but after your meal, you can also take a free set of black-and-white salon photos, or experience a silver-salt black-and-white darkroom photo development course, combining artistry with gastronomy to enjoy both delicious desserts and a distinctive learning experience.

This three-tier black-and-white afternoon tea was designed by the duo chefs, breaking away from the usual vibrant color palette and using classic, pure black and white as design elements. It includes desserts such as raspberry chocolate mousse, cranberry puff pastry, sesame cheesecake, and black-and-white yokan. Among them, the raspberry chocolate mousse is even embossed with the moveable-type printed characters “ESLITE.”

The dining space at The Chapter Café is full of modern and fashionable vibes, with large windows allowing you to enjoy the greenery outside. In addition, ESLITE Songyan’s “Silver-Salt Black-and-White Darkroom” offers the chance to take black-and-white salon photos or try hands-on darkroom photo development—an experience rich with retro charm.
