The seafood is freshly purchased from the market every day. The clams are stir-fried to bring out their sweet and fresh flavors, paired with oversized charcoal-grilled squid and mixed with fresh tomatoes—very refreshing, aiming to give customers a satisfying fullness.

Incorporating XO sauce into Italian risotto is a relatively rare approach. The scallops are sashimi-grade, imported from Japan by the chef, with a slightly spicy flavor. It's worth trying this fusion of Eastern and Western tastes.

Can halibut and Italian cuisine blend? The shop says they aim to combine Chinese and Italian elements, sometimes even adding Mediterranean flair. “Our pesto and basil are all de-stemmed, resulting in a smoother texture than what you’d find in other restaurants.” Topped with premium pine nuts, melt-in-your-mouth halibut fin meat, and sweet basil-made handcrafted green pesto wrapped around Taiwan No. 9 rice, the taste is refreshingly sweet.

The chef carefully selects a large amount of fresh beef tomatoes and vegetables, along with a broth simmered for a long time using fresh herbs, plus sweet basil cooked for ages—refreshing yet rich. Paired with the chef’s daily selection of fresh seafood from Kaohsiung’s Aoliao area, it’s then tossed with 5-hour simmered red sauce and Parmesan cheese, creating a very rich texture.

Besides these, the shop’s bentos are also very healthy. The cooking methods focus on “steaming, boiling, roasting, and stewing,” and frying is strictly avoided. Additionally, they simmer their own chicken stock to enhance the flavor. Moreover, the rice is selected from ten-grain rice and quinoa rice, making it even tastier.
