Xizhou Park in Changhua has transformed into a new hotspot for photos, opening to night visitors for the first time this year. During the day, enjoy the beautiful flower seas, and at night, admire the art installations that create a sea of lights, while also promoting the Lunar New Year “Flowers in Changhua” event, allowing visitors to explore both day and night.

The Flowers in Changhua series is one of Taiwan’s top ten Spring Festival travel destinations. This year marks the first time a night light festival is being held at Xizhou Park. The vast 123-hectare park showcases magnificent flower seas and stunning light displays, while also promoting tourism in Changhua. Visitors are invited to explore Changhua during the festive season — admire the flower seas by day and beautiful lanterns by night.

The night light festival is designed with innovation, art, industry, and childlike wonder in mind. It centers around traditional Changhua lantern craftsmanship, combined with cutting-edge lighting design to highlight Changhua’s identity as the “City of Flowers,” while also promoting green energy industries. The Flowers in Changhua event runs from February 16 to March 3, with night lighting setup and trial illumination completed on February 7.
