EVA Air has once again received international recognition by being named one of the world’s top 10 airlines in 2015. The international air service survey organization Skytrax announced the 2015 World’s Best Airlines Awards, with Qatar Airways taking the top spot, while Taiwan’s EVA Air climbed from 12th place last year to 9th. In addition, EVA Air also claimed the title of World’s Cleanest Cabin for the first time, among other achievements. Meanwhile, the award for Best Low-Cost Airline went to AirAsia.

The World Airline Awards hosted by Skytrax are highly reputable and considered a benchmark for customer satisfaction among global airlines. This ranking is based on votes from 18.9 million passengers across 110 countries worldwide, evaluating factors such as in-flight meals, seat comfort, and cabin crew friendliness. This year’s winner, Qatar Airways, is also a frequent champion of the awards, having taken the top spot in 2011 and 2012, and ranking second last year.

In this year’s evaluation, aside from securing 9th place, EVA Air also achieved outstanding results, including 2nd place for Best Airport Services, 7th place for Best Cabin Crew, and 1st place for World’s Cleanest Cabin.
