To welcome the arrival of summer vacation, from July 1 to August 29, Taipei Children's New Park is launching the “Summer Starlight” ticket promotion — free admission for entry after 4 PM. The operating hours will be extended until 8 PM during this period, and even later to 9 PM on Saturdays, ensuring both kids and adults can have a blast and enjoy a fun-filled summer break.

During the hot summer days, if you want to make the most of your time at the children’s park, consider visiting during off-peak hours and selecting specific rides. In addition to proper sun protection, you might choose air-conditioned rides such as the “Fruit Ferris Wheel” or the “Galaxy,” or opt for covered attractions on the third floor. The indoor play area in the park is also a great choice. Furthermore, starting July 1, 2015, Taipei Children's New Park has introduced exclusive commemorative stamps that children can collect at the Visitor Service Center, the main gate ticket booth, or the second entrance ticket booth.

Finally, Taipei Metro Corporation states that due to the extended operating hours throughout the summer vacation, regular weekday maintenance schedules are affected. Therefore, five rides — including the “Cruising Flying Chair,” “Jungle Roar Treehouse,” “Flying Magic Coaster,” “Magic Starlight Speedway,” and “Little Flying Dragon” — will undergo preventive maintenance on one weekday each during the summer. Relevant downtime notices will be posted on the Children's New Park website one week in advance.
