Cute and stylish BaoHouse redefines your imagination of buns

Who would have thought that the most ordinary steamed buns could be so adorable? Near the Songjiang Nanjing MRT station, surrounded by commercial buildings, there’s a uniquely decorated bun shop called “BaoHouse” that not only shatters the traditional image of a bun shop, but also surprises customers with the buns it offers.

BaoHouse is one of the brands under Si Zhi Tang International Commercial Co., located right next to the park at Exit 3 of Songjiang Nanjing Station, making it very convenient to get to. The exterior of the shop is full of character—if it weren’t for the giant bun logo floating amidst the clouds above the entrance, you might mistake it for a design-forward exhibition space or a coffee shop. The interior of BaoHouse uses plenty of metal and large glass windows to create an open, minimalist feel. Stepping into this compact space doesn’t bring any sense of oppression; instead, it offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
