In 2015, Afternoon Tea launched the “Love．Sharing Purple Wish Romantic Dinner” Christmas-limited surprise event for the first time. From now until December 25 (Friday), during the event period, anyone who reserves a dinner seating after 6:00 PM at the Hankyu Taipei branch or Hankyu Kaohsiung branch of Afternoon Tea will receive one “Hankyu Limited Purple Sweet Potato Christmas Tree Cake.”

In response to changes in Taiwan's demographic structure, with increasing numbers of small families and single-person households, the “Christmas Colorful Couple Set,” launched on the 19th, has been well-received by customers for its rich flavors and diverse options. This time, in special response to the purple Christmas tree “Purple Wish,” the creatively designed “Hankyu Limited Purple Sweet Potato Christmas Tree Cake” features sweet chestnuts and diced sweet potatoes combined with rich whipped cream, all rolled in a chocolate sponge cake. The top is adorned with purple sweet potato cream decoration made from mashed purple sweet potato and specially prepared cream, decorated with crispy walnuts and other nuts. The shape resembles a miniature purple Christmas tree, while a cute Santa Claus made of fresh strawberries stands nearby. Finally, cocoa powder is used to sprinkle the words “Merry Christmas,” hoping to celebrate the arrival of Christmas together with consumers through the “Hankyu Limited Purple Sweet Potato Christmas Tree Cake,” spreading feelings of happiness and joy to everyone.
