Azerbaijan might be a country unfamiliar to many. Located in the Caspian region of Central Asia, it has grown wealthy through oil production. In recent years, its capital, Baku, has actively developed various infrastructure projects, filling the city skyline with high-rise buildings. In the future, there will also be an "Azerbaijan Tower" that aims to replace Dubai’s Burj Khalifa as the world’s tallest building.

The under-construction "Azerbaijan Tower," standing 1,050 meters tall with 189 floors, is expected to be completed as early as 2018, replacing the 838-meter Burj Khalifa as the new tallest building in the world. The entire construction project also includes 150 schools, 50 hospitals, and a 2,000-hectare township development plan, with an investment of $100 billion aimed at creating a futuristic city.
