In the first half of this year, many well-known Japanese dessert brands opened branches in Taiwan, sparking a wave of long queues. Now, you don’t have to fly abroad to enjoy these delicious treats. The popular Japanese queue-worthy dessert “BAKE CHEESE TART” officially opened its first Taiwan branch on June 15 at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei Nanxi 3rd Store. Additionally, the ultra-premium milk gelato, previously available only at the brand’s flagship store in Japan, is now also available in Taiwan.
3.PABLO

PABLO, the highly popular Japanese cheesecake brand, garnered significant attention when rumors of its expansion into Taiwan first emerged. Its first store is located in HOYII North Station, which houses many other well-known Japanese food brands. In addition to a takeaway counter, there is also a dine-in area to cater to the diverse needs of the busy Taipei Main Station crowd.
