New Photo Spot Outside Qijin Rainbow Church

Starting July 1, the EasyCard has been made available for use on the Kaohsiung MRT, making travel for tourists more convenient. Visitors can use the EasyCard to ride the Kaohsiung MRT and the Qijin ferry, planning a one-day itinerary. They can also visit the recently viral "Rainbow Church" for photos, where its vibrant exterior against the blue sea adds a touch of romance to the harbor city.

The Rainbow Church in Qijin is privately owned by a wedding photography company. It was built as a photo scene for wedding shoots and is open to visitors for free photos, but since it is private property, any commercial activities are prohibited.

Visitors can take the Kaohsiung MRT and transfer to ferries and other public transport to reach Qijin. After arriving, they can visit the Qihou Fort and the nearby Qijin Shell Museum, or enjoy the scenery at the lighthouse. In the area around the lighthouse, there are also seafood restaurants.
