This Bamboo Charcoal Imperial Gold Lava Custard Bun boasts a unique flavor. Its exterior is coated with bamboo charcoal, giving the entire bun a striking jet-black hue. Not only that, but this lava bun was once honored by Singaporean media as one of the best, offering a sweet yet not cloying taste. Additionally, Lingzhi Mountain-Water Steamed Tofu, Scallion Princess Meat, and Secret Recipe Chef’s Steamed Fish Head were created as seasonal new items. The head chef carefully considered Taiwanese dietary habits and preferences, selecting ingredients that are lighter on the body—such as fish head, tofu, and pork collar meat—and then using cooking techniques to enhance their natural flavors.

Take Lingzhi Mountain-Water Steamed Tofu, for example—it’s handcrafted by the chefs using top-grade soybeans and mineral-rich spring water. After fine grinding and triple filtration to remove residue, health-promoting lingzhi powder is added. Throughout the process, no salt or MSG is used; instead, a proprietary simmered sauce infuses the tofu with flavor, delivering its signature tender silkiness and delicate sweetness.

The Secret Recipe Chef’s Steamed Fish Head is lightly seasoned with generous amounts of minced ginger and garlic, then steamed to perfection. The Taiwan branch uses premium silver carp fish heads, steamed fresh daily. The ginger and garlic infuse the dish with healthy, delicious flavor. Meanwhile, Scallion Princess Meat is made with premium black-haired pig pork collar from Taiwan, paired with crisp onions, asparagus, and sweet peppers, then quickly stir-fried in a homemade black pepper sauce. These new dishes aim to offer diners a healthy, guilt-free dining experience.
