To address the overwhelming demand from the large number of worshippers, the original facilities could no longer cope, so NT$50 million was invested to construct a new, stylish and magnificent toilet. Designed with the image of an endless knot, its exterior combines architectural aesthetics with lighting design. Especially at night, the lighting effects outline a pair of auspicious endless knot totems on the rooftop against the night sky, making the entire structure resemble a light installation. This fashionable toilet has even been hailed by netizens as another main lantern in the Beigang Lantern Festival area. Visitors admiring the lanterns might want to stop by for photos.
