Last updated 2026-09-25 — That day, I went to Qincheng Street for lunch. After eating, I strolled to Xing’an Street and spotted this Longshengjun Rolled Egg Crepe specialty shop. The signboard looked pretty cute. When I got home and looked it up online, I found out it had only been open for three months and there were no food reviews yet. The adventurous Old K decided to be the guinea pig XD. I arrived around 9 AM, and there was a drive-thru ordering area outside with some breakfast promotions. Since Old K wanted to dine in, I headed inside.

That day, I went to Qincheng Street for lunch.

There were quite a few seats inside, but with no other customers, Old K was a bit nervous XD

Their specialty is the rolled egg crepe—basically, the only main dish is the rolled egg crepe. There are two sizes: standard and mini. The staff said guys should go for the standard size to feel full, while girls could just get the mini. Except for the Philly beef and lobster salad, which are a bit pricier, Old K thought the prices were reasonable.

There’s a promotion when you order a drink with your meal

Referring to the rankings outside, Old K ordered the No. 1 Philly beef, and for a drink, the Genmai Black Tea.

There’s a ruler on the table so you can measure whether it’s really 30 cm XD

There are also three ways to eat it

Genmai Black Tea (NT$30, NT$10 off when ordered with a standard egg roll crepe)

Genmai Black Tea is a blend of genmai (roasted brown rice) sencha and black tea. It comes fixed with half sugar, and the taste is black tea with a hint of genmai flavor—pretty unique and quite nice, though the half sugar is still a bit sweet.

Philly Flavor (NT$149)

It really is over 30 cm!

Picking it up by hand, it feels like it could be used as a weapon XD

When you open it, there’s something like aluminum foil inside, probably to help keep it warm.

Inside is the Philly beef, with a thin layer of egg and scallions on the crepe.

The crepe here is super crispy—about as crispy as a flaky baked flatbread, even crispier than most other flaky egg crepes out there. Old K really likes this texture. There’s a good amount of Philly beef inside, with cheese and black pepper beef that isn’t overly salty. It tastes pretty good, though the cheese makes it a bit heavy for Old K to finish the whole thing. Cheese lovers probably won’t have that problem though!

Tearing and eating it bit by bit is actually quite convenient. The standard rolled egg crepe is definitely enough to fill up a guy.

Apple Tuna (NT$55)

Old K also ordered a mini apple tuna—one that’s literally half the size.

You can see the tuna salad from the side.

The apple tuna flavor is fresher than expected. The tuna salad isn’t too sweet, and the addition of apple bits gives it a crisp and sweet contrast to the flaky crepe, pairing nicely with the tuna. Old K really likes this flavor.

The staff served Old K a small cup of cold-pressed juice—a mix of apple, pineapple, and grape. It’s rich and quite tasty.

K’s little tip: Since Old K loves crispy crepes, he thinks their rolled egg crepes are pretty great. In terms of flavors, Old K prefers the apple tuna. If you just want a plain rolled egg crepe, go for the original flavor—it’s about the equivalent of two regular egg crepes. As for the other flavors, you’ll have to try them yourselves!
