HOYII Taipei Main Station has become a hub for Michelin-rated cuisine. Following Tim Ho Wan, "Tsuta," which retained its Michelin one-star rating in both 2016 and 2017, has also set up shop here. Its April 27 opening drew huge crowds. Below are the relevant queueing guidelines. Of course, if you wish to avoid the crowds and don’t want to wait in line, please avoid this area and come back later to enjoy the ramen.

Daily at 10:00 AM, time-slot vouchers for the day will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Each person may collect only one voucher per visit.
Vouchers are divided into three dining time slots: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM / 2:00 PM–5:00 PM / 5:00 PM–9:00 PM. They will be issued in sequence on-site, and specific time slots cannot be requested.
Please keep your time-slot voucher safe. Lost vouchers will not be reissued and are valid only for the designated time slot on the day of issue.
On the day of your visit, please line up for entry during your designated time slot using the voucher. Dining order will be arranged according to the queue sequence. Actual dining times may vary depending on the situation on-site, so please wait patiently.

Featuring signature soy sauce and popular salt-based broths as bases, paired with various toppings, plus ajitsuke tamago (marinated egg) and char siu (barbecued pork), there are a total of 8 ramen combinations available. There is also a grilled dice-style N<或是烧烤梅花N<等N<饭选择，不只吃到美味，饱足感也是满点。
