Vast fields of pink blossoms create a dreamy landscape that has sparked a photo-taking craze on Instagram, attracting tourists from around the world.

Pink muhly grass can grow to a height of 30 to 90 centimeters, with its flowering period starting around September and lasting as late as December. The flower spikes are tinged with pinkish-purple, and from a distance, they look like a pink mist—extremely enchanting. One of the most well-known spots for pink muhly grass is Kitchen OZ in Jeju, a popular Italian café where a large pink grass field lies right in front of the store. It has become a hot Instagram spot every autumn.

Besides Kitchen OZ, other popular pink muhly grass spots include MANOR BLANC café in Seogwipo City, Jeju, and AntonTrepiem Park in North Gyeongsang Province’s Andong.
