Beating Ippudo to the punch: Michelin one-star ramen spot "Tsuta" opens April 27

Attention ramen lovers!* The Michelin one-star ramen shop "Tsuta," introduced to Taiwan by Heyi Lifestyle Group, will officially open at 11:00 AM on April 27—over a month earlier than the opening of Ippudo.
Tsuta was listed among the 22 recommended ramen shops in the 2015 Tokyo Michelin Guide. In the 2016 edition, it made an even bigger leap, earning a Michelin one-star rating—the first time a ramen shop received such an honor in the Tokyo guide, and also the world's first ramen shop to be awarded a Michelin star in that category. It retained its one-star status in the 2017 Tokyo Michelin Guide.
