RAW, which has just been ranked 24th on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list, has invited two of the most talked-about Dutch culinary teams this year — RIJKS Restaurant and Restaurant BREDA — as part of its “Global Gastronomy New Forces!” series. On the traditional Dutch holiday “King’s Day,” RAW’s outdoor area will be transformed into an “Open-Air Dutch Snack Bar,” bringing Dutch cuisine, culture, and customs to Taiwan.

In addition to the exclusive “RAW X RIJKS X BREDA The King's Day Dining Event,” for which seats must be reserved in the restaurant, the “RAW Open-Air Dutch Snack Bar” is open to everyone. The event will feature classic Dutch treats such as Stroopwafels and Kroket, and special coffee from RAW’s friend Fika Fika Café. No reservation is needed to enjoy authentic Dutch flavors, and while you munch on snacks and play games, you might even win a grand prize: a dinner for two at RAW.
