As time moves into winter, the maple leaf viewing season across various regions is entering its final countdown. The leaves, shifting from clear yellow to brilliant red and vibrant crimson, have also been partially knocked down by recent rainfall. [Taoyuan Fairy Valley]
Located at an elevation of 300 to 800 meters, considered low to mid-altitude, Taoyuan Fairy Valley experiences daytime temperatures that are slightly 1–2°C lower than those at flatland areas. Due to the valley’s topography, temperatures in the early morning and evening drop markedly, allowing the area to showcase a diverse range of plants from tropical, subtropical, to temperate zones according to the season.

[Fushoushan Farm]

[Wuling Farm]
In addition to its high altitude, which makes Wuling Farm a famous summer retreat in Taiwan, in recent years it has earned the nickname “Taiwan’s Jiuzhaigou” due to its captivating mountain maple foliage. The maple leaf viewing season runs from mid-November to mid-January.
