Located in Ximen Movie Street, Taipei, Skin food café has been open for one year and two months. The first floor is home to cosmetic brands, and the second floor focuses on a light meal café. It offers free Wi-Fi and unlimited time, aiming to provide guests with a taste of Korean fast fashion while also allowing them to look their best and enjoy tasty food and beverages. In addition to kiwi and apple syrups, the drink also includes lemon. A staff member revealed: “The lemon is the key to this beverage, giving it a taste similar to grape sparkling water. It stays fizzy for a long time, and since kiwi is rich in vitamin C, it’s very nutritious for the body. Our whole store aims to give your skin the best ingredients.”

The smoothie is composed of three essential elements: milk, yogurt, and fruit. The shop emphasizes that no water is added to the smoothies. “Some places dilute their smoothies with water, which affects the texture and thickness,” a staff member explained. “Our fruits are pre-frozen, so they’re extra chilly and make the flavor even better.”

Chicken Salad – NT$140
Packed with fresh vegetables that have a crisp, sweet texture—that’s the shop’s commitment. The chicken is marinated using a unique recipe, giving it a strong aroma. Paired with butterfly pasta, it’s quite filling. Staff noted: “A lot of our customers are teenagers and office workers. Many women want to have salad for dinner, so we offer especially generous portions—this is also our best-selling item!” Worth mentioning is that the salad jars are specially selected from the skincare product containers sold downstairs. But these are brand-new empty jars imported directly from Korea, not reused ones. Salad flavors include sesame and Caesar, and customers can choose their preferred dressing.

Old Mo Pork Patty – NT$160
The filling inside the pork patty is the soul of the dish. Staff said: “We marinate our pork with a unique secret recipe and pair it with our own barbecue sauce and cheese. The crust is crispy, and the inside is soft.” The plate also comes with some salad and corn chips to help cut through the richness and serve as a chat-time snack.
