No worries—the largest capsule toy machine in Taiwan makes its grand finale in Tamsui!* The 2017 Tamsui Egg Festival kicks off in Tamsui Fairy Tale New Town, featuring a large-scale colorful container house park with dozens of egg-themed fun activities, including a giant Easter egg, World Capsule Toy Exhibition, Egg Evolution Museum, and cartoon egg celebrities. There's something for both kids and adults to enjoy.

Netizen Wang Pingyi shared onthe "Travel is So Much Fun!"community group the newly launched 2017 Tamsui Egg Egg Carnival. The event is held in Fairy Tale New Town, a playground made up of many colorful container houses. Previously, it hosted the "2017 World Children's Handmade Art Festival," followed by the "Tamsui Egg Egg Festival." The colorful container houses were retained, and new egg-themed elements were added. On-site, there are super-large capsule toy machines, Easter eggs, capsule toys, egg knowledge, and egg art—many educational and entertaining activities.

To enter the Egg Egg Festival park, you need to purchase a ticket first. After buying a ticket, you’ll receive a “Prank Card.” Once you’ve collected stamps from eight designated themed pavilions, you can exchange it for a token to use the giant capsule toy machine. This so-called largest capsule toy machine in Taiwan is about four stories high, stacked with two machines, making it quite massive and spectacular. Netizen Wang Pingyi mentioned that while the capsule toys from the machine don’t include big prizes, each one comes with a small toy.

In addition to the capsule toy machine, there’s also a Capsule Toy Museum that drives capsule fans crazy, a Fantasy Egg exhibit introducing various animals, and super Insta-worthy egg dishes with giant frying pans. Each container house offers different surprises, along with a remote-controlled car arena and an inflatable playground, keeping the kids entertained. Additionally, you can enjoy freshly fried egg rolls and made-to-order sponge cakes in the park—all free of charge.
