Originally a tobacco factory built in 1937, it has been transformed into a cultural and creative hub, now home to a variety of businesses including cafés, restaurants, and glass art shops. Rainbow Village is locatedin Taichung, a colorful alleyway covered in whimsical murals. These paintings were all created by Rainbow Grandpa — Huang Yung-fu. Originally from Kowloon, Hong Kong, Grandpa Huang joined the military in response to a call by the Kuomintang government, came to Taiwan with the Nationalists, and eventually put down roots here.......

Pier-2 Art Center was transformed from old warehouses and is located inKaohsiungat the former No. 2 Pier, hence the name “Pier-2.” It is now divided into four sections, each hosting different art exhibitions.
