THEO MIO – Award-winning Italian Cuisine
The THEO MIO Italian restaurant at London’s InterContinental Hotel has earned numerous accolades over the years for its exceptional culinary skills, such as “Italian Restaurant of the Year 2013” in London and “Best Hotel in the UK for Food” awarded by British magazine Condé Nast Traveller. This year, the InterContinental Hotels Group has brought THEO MIO to its Bangkok branch, allowing Asian diners to enjoy outstanding Italian cuisine without traveling all the way to Europe. Unlike other branches, Bangkok’s THEO MIO sources its fruits and vegetables from K Village — a market that specializes in produce from Thai farmers. This ensures not only high freshness but also features some unique varieties grown by farmers themselves. The chefs craft seasonal dishes exclusive to the Bangkok outlet based on the characteristics of these local ingredients.
