New Summer Fun in Hsinchu: Mayday’s “2013 Just Love It” Concert Kicks Off on the 5th of May

Mayday’s “2013 Just Love It” charity concert will be held this Friday, July 5th, at the plaza in front of Hsinchu County Government. The event is free and open to the public, but entry to the mosh pit requires exchanging five donation receipts from either May–June or July–August. All collected receipts will be donated to charitable organizations. The concert area is divided into a mosh pit and a general viewing area. The enclosed mosh pit is located right in front of the stage and can accommodate up to 5,000 people, with entry by queue only.

With summer vacation here, Hsinchu County has launched a series of “FUN一夏” events to beat the heat. Headlined by Mayday, the charity concert will kick off on July 5th. To support this charitable event, those entering the mosh pit are required to donate five donation receipts from either May–June or July–August. All collected receipts will go to charity. The concert venue is divided into a mosh pit and a general viewing area. The mosh pit is an enclosed area at the front of the stage, with a capacity of 5,000 people, and access is by queue only.

For the concert, the county government will close Guangming 6th Road (between County Administration 2nd Road and County Administration 9th Road), as well as County Administration 6th Road (from the plaza outside the county government to Guangming 9th Road), to prevent overcrowding.
