Keelung Ghost Festival / Janet gets lifted high 　Dances cheerleading with Ian Wright

The Keelung Ghost Festival commenced in a lively atmosphere today (20th) in Keelung. This year, the Xie family clan led the procession, guiding other surnames in a street parade, featuring a mix of fireworks and water dances. Celebrity Janet (Janet Hsieh) was invited to be the spokesperson, taking part in the full event and performing various acts on the parade floats.

Among the highlights was Janet’s cheerleading performance alongside Ian Wright. Janet not only showcased her agile dance moves but was also hoisted high by the stunt team for a joint performance. The presence of these two well-known travel-loving celebrities added an extra layer of excitement to the event.

Although Taiwan is facing the approaching Typhoon Trami, Keelung enjoyed calm weather with no wind or rain this evening. Residents and tourists came together to welcome the Ghost Festival street parade, creating a spectacular and bustling scene.
